Nearly 8 months after North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a biomedical science expert from India, Nebraska Service Center took action on his case and granted their approval. This isn’t our client’s first time filing an I-140 petition—in 2015, his EB-2 NIW petition was approved. However, because of the several-year wait for his priority date to become current, he cannot move on to the next step of the green card process.
