Case Summary:
A consultant as a QA analyst & senior scientist at a startup company from India hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file two I-140 petitions on his behalf. Organizing two petition packets:

- Both petitions contained information on our client’s investigations. - To bolster both petitions, we incorporated recommendation letters contributed by other experts in the field. A little over 2 months after our client’s EB-1A petition was approved, we filed I-485 applications for him and his wife. It usually takes the USCIS between 5-10 months to process I-485 applications, and we join our client and his wife as they eagerly await favorable news from the USCIS.
