Success Story: With Our Assistance, A Chinese Assistant Professor Secures NIW Approval Without an RFE

Case Summary:

We are excited to share another NIW (National Interest Waiver) success story from our dedicated legal team. This time, the petition was filed on behalf of an assistant professor and a Ph.D. holder from China working in the field of philosophy, with a focus on moral responsibility in critical societal domains such as education, healthcare, and climate change.

Our client proposed an innovative conceptual engineering approach to better understand and apply moral responsibility within policymaking. His work offers much-needed clarity in defining responsibility, a fundamental concern in crafting ethical responses to public health crises, educational disparities, and environmental degradation.
